How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly from the Soffit app. Go to Settings → Delete Account, confirm your decision, and your account will be deleted immediately — no email required.
What happens when you delete your account
Your personal information is permanently removed, including your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials. Notification preferences are cleared, and any uploaded insurance policy documents are deleted.
Your property ownership is ended, but the property record itself — including your Soffit Score, completed annual reviews, and completed checkups — is preserved. This means a future owner can pick up where you left off. Any in-progress checkups or annual reviews that haven't been completed will be removed.
Insurance partner connections are deactivated, and identifying information like your policy number and policyholder name are removed.
Can I undo it?
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you'd like to use Soffit again, you would need to create a new account and re-claim your property.
Just want to take a break?
You don't need to delete your account to stop using Soffit. You can disable notifications in your phone's settings and come back whenever you're ready — your data will still be here.
