Welcome to Soffit! We're here to help you keep your home in great shape — and get rewarded for it. Here's a quick rundown of how everything works.

What is Soffit?

Soffit is an app that helps you stay on top of your home's most important systems — things like your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. You'll take photos, complete seasonal checkups, and build up a Soffit Score that reflects the overall health of your home.

Why bother? A well-maintained home means fewer surprises, lower risk, and potential perks from your insurance provider.

How it works

Here's the gist:

1. Create your account — Just enter your email and we'll send you a one-time passcode. No passwords to remember.
2. Add your property — Search for your address and claim your home.
3. Complete your first annual review — Walk through your home taking photos of the exterior, rooms, and major systems. This is how we build your property profile.
4. Get your Soffit Score — Once your review is done, you'll get a score from 400 to 900 based on your home's condition.
5. Connect your insurance — Link your carrier to unlock potential perks and boost your score.
6. Stay on track with quarterly checkups — Four times a year, we'll walk you through seasonal maintenance tasks personalized to your home.

Creating your account

Tap "Get Started" and enter your email. We'll send a one-time code to your inbox — enter it in the app and you're in. That's it. Every time you log in, we'll send a fresh code instead of making you deal with passwords.
